Agency Bios

Bob Loiselle
President

Bob joined the agency in 1973 after completing his degree from Bryant College. He  became president at the age of 27 when his father, Maurice, retired in 1979. He has maintained the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation for over 25 years, and he also is an accredited Associate in Insurance Services (AIS). In addition to his over 3 decades of work to his family business, he has been active in both the state and national insurance trade associations. He was the president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Rhode Island (IIARI) and served on the Board of Directors for the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America (IIABA).  He also has served on the National Trusted Choice Board of Directors for IIABA. During his professional career, Bob has been involved in numerous civic and charitable activities. For his distinguished service both locally and nationally, IIARI honored him with the “Carleton I. Fisher Outstanding Agent Award,” which is the association’s lifetime achievement award.

Melanie Loiselle-Mongeon
Vice President

A graduate of Providence College, Melanie joined the agency in 1999. She is the agency administrator, overseeing the day-to-day operations. She is active in the Independent Insurance Agents of Rhode Island, becoming the association’s youngest elected president in 2008. She serves on numerous IIARI committees, and has chaired the Education and Finance committees. Melanie teaches several different insurance courses and has achieved designations as Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR).

Brenda Loiselle-DuClos
Vice President

Brenda joined the agency in 2003 after working at a global IT consulting firm for 3 years. A graduate of Bryant University with a degree in accounting and information systems, she is a sales agent and the marketing and systems manager for the agency. Brenda is an active member of IIARI, having served as chairperson of the Convention Committee and as a member of the Communications Committee, Technology/Automation Committee, and Young Agents Committee. She has achieved insurance designations as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR).
