Here are a few Rhode Island ideas to enjoy with the one you love and most are out of the ordinary.

This 18+ Valentine’s Day Dog Walk event helps lovable pitties get some exercise instead of being cooped up in a shelter. You get to choose a new special friend (or let them choose you), take them for a walk across the beautiful Providence Pedestrian Bridge, and teach them to socialize.

Everything’s supplied including an introduction to safe animal handling, a collar, leash, poop bags and doggie treats. The more time they get outside, the more likely they’ll be adopted.
