Loiselle Insurance Agency is a proud supporter of the Salvation Army Pawtucket Corps. For the last few years, it has become a holiday tradition for our agency staff to participate in the Salvation Army’s kettle campaign. On December 22, 2014, our employees volunteered to ring the bell all day outside of the Stop & Shop on Mendon Road in Cumberland, RI. We braved the cold temps, and even a little rain, in order to help raise money for a very worthy cause in our community. We donned festive attire, sang holiday carols, and even danced outside to encourage shoppers to donate.
We are proud to announce that at the January meeting of the Salvation Army Pawtucket Corps’ Advisory Board, which Melanie Loiselle-Mongeon serves on, it was reported that the Loiselle Insurance Agency staff raised a record amount of just under $1050 in one day! That’s a lot of dollar bills and change in those kettles! Kudos to our dedicated employees for their enthusiasm and support! The money raised goes towards assisting children and families in the Pawtucket area with basic needs such as clothing, food, heating, and shelter. We are grateful for all the good work being done by the Salvation Army Pawtucket Corps to help the needy families in our community.
